The Certified Hereford Beef® team was honored to have been part of the U.S. Embassy Bridgetown’s Super Bowl LVII watch party in Barbados! Together with Bryden Stokes, CHB’s Foodservice distributor, and Agri Food and Feed, CHB’s export partner, the brand was showcased to hundreds of business owners, local chefs, and embassy officials during a night of celebration and camaraderie.



The party attendees had a fun-filled night watching the big game on the large blow-up screen and were thrilled to watch Rihanna, who is originally from Barbados, perform during the half-time show. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed a delicious selection of beverages and food samplings, which added to the exciting atmosphere. The event gained media attention and was featured on the National Football League’s (NFL) social media accounts.



Chef Scott Ames’ creative island flare combined with Certified Hereford Beef® was a match made in heaven. The combination of the delectable bone-in Frenched Tomahawk smoked in a rum barrel and served over plantain puree was a show-stopper that left guests wanting more! The homemade chuck sliders were a delightful addition that showcased the bold Certified Hereford Beef® flavor.



The CHB team was delighted to have received such enthusiasm from the restaurant owners and chefs at the event. Countless remarks throughout the night expressed excitement toward the brand and the potential it has to bring bold flavors to Bajan restaurant menus.
