- 1 pound Certified Hereford Beef ground beef
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 12 oz. Velveeta cheese
Instructions
- Brown hamburger meat with the onion and celery in a large skillet. Drain any remaining grease off the meat.
- Stir in three cups of water, diced tomatoes and macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8-10 minutes until the macaroni is tender.
- Add Velveeta and stir until melted.
