Ingredients

  • 1 pound Certified Hereford Beef ground beef
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 oz. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger meat with the onion and celery in a large skillet. Drain any remaining grease off the meat. 

  • Stir in three cups of water, diced tomatoes and macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8-10 minutes until the macaroni is tender.  

  • Add Velveeta and stir until melted.
