Ingredients

4 pound Certified Hereford Beef Chuck Roast 

1/2 cup butter

1 package au jus gravy mix

1 package ranch dressing mix 

Pepperoncini Peppers, to taste

Optional:

Carrots

Celery

Potatoes


Instructions

  • Place the roast in the slow cooker. Place butter, pepperoncini peppers, ranch dressing mix and au jus mix on top of the roast. Cook on low for 8 hours.
